As the local Academy Advisory Committee (local governors), we strive to ensure that the school serves its community by providing education of the highest quality in a supportive atmosphere based on the academy’s Christian vision, values and ethos.
We, as Academy Committee Members, are volunteers from the community appointed jointly by the Salisbury Diocesan Board of Education and Trust Board of Ambitions Academies Trust. Our experience is drawn from all walks of life and we aim to provide grounded support and challenge.
We meet regularly during the term to support the academy in continuing to raise standards of achievement for all our pupils. Working together with the academy, we challenge and monitor development priorities in partnership with the Principal and other staff to support our school on its improvement journey in bringing ‘outstanding achievement for all’.
There is a Link Trustee assigned to our Academy Advisory Committee ensuring communication and accountability is fed back to the Trust Board directly as set out in the AAT Scheme of Delegation. This scheme can be found on the Ambitions Academies Trust website as well as All Saints website. Further details about the Trustees of Ambitions Academies Trust can be found here https://www.ambitions-academies.co.uk/about/our-team/
The current Academy Advisory Committee Members are as below:

Kim Newstead – Volunteer Committee Member (Health & Safety)
Richard Sloan – Volunteer Committee Member (Safeguarding)

The academy has made great strides in school improvement since joining Ambitions Academies Trust on 1st June 2019. At the start of the 2020-21 academic year the governance structure transitioned from the previous high support model (Academy Priority Support Committee) to the standard Academy Advisory Committee as outlined above.
All members of the Academy Advisory Committee are contactable through the academy office.
